Professional Dog Walker
Hi I'm Nicky, a 29yr old BA Honours graduate in Outdoor Adventure with Education Studies. So please allow me to share these two passions of mine: the outdoors and taking care of your pets!
Having been brought up to appreciate the outdoor life, I've been surrounded by a variety of animals from a young age. When visiting Australia, during 2014-16, I supplemented my travels pet sitting and dog walking, which not only inspired me to set up Animal Instincts but also allowed me to gain experience working for a variety of different households and in a variety of environments. Since then one of my personal highlights has been rehabilitating my own 11 year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier from two knee replacements. She then went on to completed the three peaks, before sadly passing away in 2018.
I have since embarked on a new journey with Daisy our rescue mix breed, who has taught me so much in working with nervous dogs. We continue to learn and grow together.
Whether it’s walking your dog, feeding your cat, or taking care of your pet while you’re away, the main aim of my business is to always provide a nurturing and safe environment.
